  • Earn Rewards: For each referral that results in a new client signing a contract with Xtra Mile Construction, we'll show our appreciation with a $100.00 visa card sent via email. It's our way of saying thank you for bringing us into your network.

  • No Limits: There's no cap on referrals! The more friends you refer, the more you can earn, per contract signed.

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Xtra Mile Construction Referral Program, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Referral Program is open to all individuals, including employees of Xtra Mile Construction and their immediate family members. Participants must be legal residents of the jurisdiction where Xtra Mile Construction operates.

3. How to Refer

Participants may refer potential clients to Xtra Mile Construction by submitting the prospective client's contact information through our official referral form, provided they have obtained the consent of the individual being referred.

4. Qualifying Referral

A qualifying referral is a new client who has not previously engaged with Xtra Mile Construction, signs a contract with Xtra Mile Construction for residential remodeling services, and makes their initial payment.

5. Reward

For each qualifying referral, the referrer will receive a reward. The nature and value of the reward are subject to change and are at the sole discretion of Xtra Mile Construction. Rewards will be issued only after the referred client has signed a contract with Xtra Mile Construction and made the initial payment.

6. Limitations

There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can make. However, Xtra Mile Construction reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the referred clients and to refuse issuing rewards for any referrals deemed fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Privacy

Xtra Mile Construction respects privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. Referral information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy,

8. Changes to the Program

Xtra Mile Construction reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice, including the terms and rewards offered.

9. Liability

Xtra Mile Construction will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Referral Program, including, but not limited to, any errors in the administration of the program or the announcement of rewards.

10. Disputes

Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by Xtra Mile Construction, whose decision will be final and binding.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Xtra Mile Construction operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
