It all begins with an idea! If you want your dream home to come to life, complete our form to schedule a phone consultation. If we’re a good fit, we will set up an in-person (or Zoom) consultation within 1-5 days.

During the call, you will have the opportunity to speak your mind on design ideas and layouts. After completing the consultation, we will provide a detailed estimate* and a 2D drawing of your project within 4 days (larger projects will require a few more days).

*There will be a fee for this estimate that will go toward your project if we are a good fit.

Once we've created an agreed upon estimate, that brings us to the design agreement. This is where the fun starts! In this phase, you will be supplied with virtual 4k rendered walk throughs of your project, as well as partner with our in-house design team to bring their vision to reality. This means we walk side by side with you through our best vendors and help design your project from floor to ceiling.

Our goal is to create a space that reflects your style and that you are proud to call home, thus our vision statement - "New Home, Same Address". In this stage, we focus on helping you finalize a design that you fall in love with.

Once all design selections are finalized and material is delivered, construction begins! Through our online project portal, Co-construct, our project manager will send you a schedule with a tentative start date.

Co-construct is a great resource we use to keep in communication about your project. This includes messages, updates, photos, inspiration, and more.

When the project is complete, we'll do a final walk through and take photographs! We trust that our project manager and closely-knit tradesmen will work hard to make your dream home a reality.
